Recent policy trends in UK are focusing on safeguarding vulnerable children and adults. This is one of the UK government´s policy on safeguarding, social inclusion, community renewal, health development and social change programmes. The book gives a synopsis to all the care providers on how to detect early signs of abuse and how best to address the situation in a practical and pragmatic approach.
