Care for people affected by AIDS necessitate that services are accessible. The government has a major role to play. Kitovu Mobile is challenged with sustaining services amidst the changing global face of HIV&AIDS. The costs for providing services are exorbitant but indispensable. This book which is based on a research study conducted in Uganda gives an insight on the Cost of providing services to people affected by HIV within communities in a rural setting characterized by poverty and limited access to basic services.
