Diversity is one of the most legitimate topics to study around these days especially social and cultural diversity. It is increasing by every passing day. Our workplace, academic institutions, and societies are becoming a quilt having all the different colors, shapes, and textures merely increasing the challenges of adjustment. Diversity is studied, so far, in scenarios of organizations and academic institutions with stated problem of maximizing the productivity of individuals. The SAAD addresses entirely a different perspective of diversity. It studies traits (BITPC); it assumes are important in the adjustment of an individual to diverse situations (SOGER). With a nomothetic approach it studies the use of these traits in different situations having diversity of different nature. It gives an estimation of the individual´s adjustment potential into a situation it considers diverse and important enough to be called demanding. The book is useful for; general people who want to understand what it takes to be well adjusted in diversified situations, academicians and researchers who may use it to impart knowledge to students on diversity and possible ways to study and analyze it.
