XIAOKE ZHANG is Associate Professor in Political Economy and Asian Studies in the School of Politics and International Relations at the University of Nottingham, UK. His major research interests are in comparative and international political economy, with a regional focus on East Asia. He is the author of The Changing Politics of Finance in Korea and Thailand and the co-editor of International Financial Governance under Stress (with Geoffrey R.D. Underhill).
