Conflicts and Violence related to ethnicity are potent forces threatening the existence of States and claiming millions of lives and property. Inter-Ethnic conflict is one of the major current issues in Ethiopia. In this regard, this book briefly examines Inter-Ethnic Conflict Management under the Ethiopian Federal Political System by focusing the causes, aggravating factors and the mechanisms of resolving the conflict. Wegene Getachew Sertse has got his BA Degree in History from Addis Ababa University (Ethiopia) in 2005, and MA Degree in Federal Studies from the same University in 2010. Currently, he is a Lecturer in Debre Markos University. His research interests are in federalism and conflict management.
