Time management has its Biblical basis from the creation week. This is mainly as it concerns Gen 2: 2, 3. After resting and sanctifying the seventh day, God latter asked mankind to "remember the Sabbath day to keep it holy..." [Exod 20:8-11]. In 2007, the statistics of early attendance at Babcock University was surveyed and recorded in Pioneer, Grace chapel and Prince Emmanuel worship centers. It was discovered that early attendance was very low. To encourage early attendance to worship programmes, a program was designed. The program was presented at Prince Emmanuel worship centre on the 20th and 21st of March and on the 27th and 28th at Pioneer church. After the presentation of the program, an evaluation form was used to record attendance to worship services. The 2009 percentage average weekly early attendance at the two worship centres were compared with those of 2007. Besides increase in early attendance to worship, the program also created a university- wide awareness of the importance of time management as it relates to early attendance to worship programmes.
