It then discusses History of Student Affairs, traces the Evolution of Student Development, gives a complete idea of Developmental Needs and throws light on Holistic Student Development. Fundamentals of Student Development, underlying principles thereto are next discussed and a Student Development Checklist is also given. The last part is the Conclusion, with a Bibliography for exhaustive reading and reference.
