The efficiency of Arab diplomacy increases whenever we deal with the practical and professional domains in which such diplomacy applied, exclusively in the meetings of the L.A.S and the U.N. This monograph provides many facts confirming the existence of Arab diplomacy in international and regional environments, at the same time, negative facts occur to confirm the weakness of Arab countries diplomacy in its performance and actions, for being suffering from shortages in implementing one Arab vision in dealing with some urgent international and regional issues.
BA & MA Degrees (Politics) at Al-Nahrain University (Baghdad), obtained (Ph.D Degree) in International Relations from Warsaw University (Poland), started his career as a diplomat, worked for Iraqi Embassies in Warsaw and Sofia, currently 2nd Secretary in MOFA, experienced diplomatic courses in FSI-MOFA/ New Delhi, JICA/ Tokyo and KOICA/ Seoul.
