Trainers are more likely to be satisfied with their job when there is participation in various issues that requires decision in Training Institutions. By the virtue of the nature of their roles, trainers may collectively have a share in making of decision about the institution in which they serve. Legesse Debele Gurji has got his BSc Degree in Mathematics from Kotebe College of Teachers Education (Ethiopia) in 1996, MA in vocational management in 2008 and BA in educational planning and management from Addis Ababa University in,2010 respectively. Currently he is a Lecturer in HRM Department in General Wingate TVET College.
