Schools are often islands with bridges to the main land communities live in neighborhoods. Often with little connection to each other or to the schools their children attended,Nevertheless all these entities affect each other, for good or ill. Because of this they share goals related to education and socialization of the young. The schools and the communities must collaborate with each other if they are to minimize problems and maximize results.Inotherwords when communities collaborate with the school education hold higher expectations of the students and higher option of the parents ,children from diverse cultural back grounds tends to do better because parents and professionals are bridging the gap between culture at home and the learning institution.
