A Psychological Profile of Indian Paralympics Sportsmen will help the coaches and trainers regarding how to trained and psychological prepare the Paralympics sportsmen for competition. It will provide both the coaches and Paralympics sportsman to acquire a deeper insight into their own interactive process based on psychological profiles of players. The work will help the coaches and sports psychologist to understand psychological problems of players and to find out the suitable remedies measures and techniques which may be applied to overcome psychological problems on need basis which may affect their performance. The results may help to identify those psychological factors which contribute to sports performance and shall in turn help them to develop training programme. The study may contribute to learn the Paralympics sportsmen characteristics which will be helpful for the physical education teachers and coaches in selection, manifestation and evaluation process of potential candidates. Finally, the study may provide useful information regarding the psychological variables of sports persons and thus may be instrumental in effective psychological preparation of players.
