From the moment of birth, we begin the battle against death. Statistics say that a newborn child can expect to live an average of 76 years. But these live averages may not be what they use to be. Diseases can be considered as the most factors affect the live expectancy, particularly epidemic diseases. Recently and because of increase in life expectancy the incidence of many diseases like osteoporosis, obesity, and diabetes increases and leads to decrease this expected life expectancy. Bone related diseases are considered to be the most common diseases appearing in elder people. Bone diseases also may be a late complication of other diseases like diabetes. The most known elder bone disease is osteoporosis. Osteoporosis (loss of bone) is associated with decreased life expectancy for several reasons, but one primary reason is due to the increased risk of severe fractures and their complications. The main goal of this work was to find new bone inducing agents which could be able to prevent and/or beat osteoporosis and other bone diseases, and could be used in future for in vitro tissue engineering of bone.
