Today over 600 institutes and universities from around the world and more than 8000 scientists from 113 countries use CERN´s research facilities. The most famous is LHC, the largest and most complex experimental facility ever built and the largest single machine in the world. LOKeT mobile platform easily addresses the so called Direct-to-Consumer Market model which refers to promoting a product or a service straight from the producer to the consumer without intermediary facilities. A Direct-to-Consumer Market model significantly diverges from a Direct-to-Retail model. The cultural powers of Big Media that have been able to exert such control over what we can / can not do with the culture around us is in complete collision with the values that our society defends such as free markets and free speech. Lessing asks why this is happening, and why we do permit such top-down control? Lawrence shows us that to lose our long tradition of free culture is to lose our freedom to create, our freedom to build, and ultimately, our freedom to imagine.
