John Whaite won the third series of The Great British Bake Off, and now runs his own cookery school, John Whaite´s Kitchen. His fourth book Comfort was chosen as a Book of the Year by BBC Radio 4´s Food Programme. John was also a resident chef on ITV´s Lorraine for two years. He has written regularly for The Daily Telegraph, Delicious Magazine and Waitrose Weekend and Kitchen.
