Rabbi Sheldon Lewis graduated from the University of Chicago and the Jewish Theological Seminary. He served as a chaplain in Vietnam and as a rabbi in Palo Alto, California. A disciple of Abraham Joshua Heschel, his passion is for peace-making and promotion of human rights. He is the author of Torah of Reconciliation.
