Brucellosis is one of the five common bacterial zoonosis in the worldwide caused by organisms belong to the genus Brucella which are small , non-motile gram-negative and intracellular coccobacilli (Shapoury et al., 2006).This disease induces important economic loss in the farm animals through abortion, infertility, birth of weak and dead offspring, placental retention and reduction of milk yield (Islam et al., 2009). However, animal Brucellosis is a serious problem worldwide and is endemic globally and disease of sexually matured animals and commonly transmitted to other animals by direct or indirect contact with infected animals or discharges such as: aborted fetuses, placental membranes or fluids. Infection to human results from direct contact with infected animals and consumption of contaminated milk and milk products (Diaz-Aparicio et al., 1994).
