Currently, there are a lot of services available in the world, but these are useless if we can´t find them. Information Retrieval applied to discovering services is a very exciting research topic in service science and information retrieval. This book presents a scientific perspective of the topic, including the outcomes and the analysis of a research directed toward the achievement of the highest effectiveness in service retrieval.

Isaac CAICEDO-CASTRO received a PhD from the University of Grenoble Alpes in France, and another PhD from the National University of Colombia. Besides, he received his MSc from the University of Los Andes in Colombia, and his BSc from the Bolivarian Pontifical University in Colombia. He´s full time Professor at the University of Córdoba.
