The present study focused on determination of the relationship between the management factors, control of aquatic weeds, eradication of predatory fish and weeds fish, application of Mohua oil cake, Manuring, fertilization of ponds, sampling, level of stocking density and fish production in scientific fish culture. Isolation of the factors associated with production was also incidental to determining this relationship.

Dr. Biswajit Goswami is currently employed as Subject Matter Specialist in Fishery Sc. of D. Dinajpur KVK, Uttar Banga Krishi Viswavidyalaya, W.B., India. He did his M.F.Sc. in Fishery Extension and Ph. D. in Agricultural Extension. He obtained his PGDRD from IGNOU and PGDAEM from MANAGE.He has 4 books,5 book chapters and 26 research papers.
