Enable hotel managers to determine which practices should focus their efforts on achieving competiveness and effectiveness as a significant way for preparing for the hotel crises. Help hotels prevent some crises from occurring and will minimize the impact of those that do occur by enabling the hotel to implement a quick and effective crisis response.
