The book is written with an aim to be used as a textbook for higher education students, sports coaches and in sport colleges for undergraduate and postgraduate studies, for the purpose of training and further education of different profiles of coaches in all sport branches and disciplines and for the athletes to get basic information in the area of training technology. On the whole, the book comprises the most important issues of sports training, from the basics of the cybernetic approach and up to date anthropological findings, thus all other operational solutions deriving from such approach.
