This book tells a story. My story. Each chapter starts with a personal anecdote followed by a lesson I´ve learned through that experience. However this book is not just my book, the reader gets to take part of it by completing little challenges at the end of each chapter. For example the first chapter talks about how often we complain about things in our every day life and I try to give a few little tips and tricks that help me personally to reduce my amount of complaints every day.

Hahn, Selina
At age 19 Selina Hahn might not be the most experiences person in the world, but she surely has learned a lot in her life so far. She discovered the importance of words at a very young age and quickly developed a passion for writing. Starting out with poetry, she just recently decided to open up to new directions such as book writing. In the future she plans on using her creative mind to share as many stories as possible with her readers.
