The Chongyang Institute for Financial Studies at Renmin University of China (RDCY), founded in 2013, is a think tank that was jointly established by Renmin University of China, Beijing, and Chongyang Investment Ltd., a private equity fund based in Shanghai. Prof. Chen Yulu, president of Renmin University of China and member of the monetary committee of the People´s Bank of China, is the Dean of RDCY.
