Kögler, Peter
Dr. Peter Kögler teaches risk management and controlling at the department Business Administration at the Private University of Applied Sciences Dresden. Since 2000 Dr. Kögler has been involved in various consulting assignments for small and medium sized enterprises. In his applied and academic research Dr. Kögler focuses mainly on areas related to corporate management and risk management in particular. The results of his research efforts have been published in several international scientific journals.

Krabec, Tomas
Dr. Tomás Krabec teaches corporate finance and business valuation as an associate professor at the Department of Finance and Accounting at the SKODA AUTO University and at the Department of Finance and Business Valuation at the University of Economics in Prague. As a visiting professor Dr. Krabec works continuously at foreign universities (Germany, Finland, France, Spain). Since 2010 Dr. Krabec works as a forensic expert specialized in business valuation and valuation of securities.
