"Once you start the Journey of your Destiny you face both vision builders and vision breakers.Understand that it doesn´t matter how strong these may be,just be determined, courageous and fight for the fulfillment of your destiny". This is seen in the life of the main character Ntwari. Although he is born in a very poor family, he is determined to overcome these circumstances. He sees education as the only door he will pass through on this journey. He dreams of transforming his community through the establishment of clubs for education for self reliance. It is through determination that he overcomes the negative forces who even go to the extent of killing one of his students to end his journey prematurely. He succeeds to become an education officer, which opens the doors of authority over his antagonists.

Etienne Numviyumukiza is an East African Writer of Rwandese origin. He studied Language and Literature at Kampala University (KU). He is very interested in Reading and Writing and considers Literature to be the main channel of self examination of the community.
