This book is the fruit of all my books and brings to the point of everything I work to express and share from my heart. It is the true expression of compassion that fills our heart and soul. This is when we find the true purpose in our lives, becoming a soul of true, living, breathing, compassion!
We first have to look at what does the word Essence mean? Essence means the intrinsic nature or indispensable quality of something that determines its character! What does intrinsic mean? Intrinsic means belonging to naturally, the true value of something. So today, what is the true nature or the heart of each of us as we look in reality? To look at this in truth, we have to look at the past and the deep karma of our soul as well. If we look at the true nature of each person and the rest of the world as well, most of it is based on the economy and wealth or the lack of wealth. But is this the true heart of each of our societies?

What is the true Essence of the culture and spiritual life we have chosen to live in? When we look at this, we must return to a time when the honor of each culture was still deeply intact. In a culture that has deep roots based on Respect and Honor, we need to look at something that was lost over time. There is a deep change needed in the Essence of life today. The question is how this change can be brought about. Sometimes it starts at the top of the culture and works its way down and then other times it starts at the bottom of the culture and works its way up.

I would like to share a little about myself to help some of you to understand my heart somewhat deeper. I am currently living in Maui, Hawaii. This has been where my heart has led me too. I have found a deep healing for myself in these little islands so Aloha to all of you reading this from Hawaii!

First let me say I do not base my life and my world on the value of money or material objects in any way. I measure myself and other people simply by the maturity or lack of maturity of their heart and soul. I do not judge anyone or look down upon them. I simply seek to understand people for who they are. I work to reach down deep in everyone´s soul and help them with whatever they need to help them grow and open their heart.
