I have been coach, mentor and consultant to numerous directors, managers and their employees since 1992. Over the years, I have written and selected several articles about the subject of business. Some, of these writings I have put together for this book. They reflect the business world as it is; crazy, funny, serious, pathetic, frustrating and sometimes a reflection of ourselves or the people who influence our thinking and behaviour. We spend at least two thirds of our lives in the working world and unfortunately one third trying to catch up on the years we have missed. A sad thought to say the least but perhaps this little book will give you some answers to all those "whirling" questions in your head.

Born in Durban, South Africa and immigrated to Germany in 1992 with my son Alexander. I have been living and working in Germany since then. In my free time I write a lot of stories and articles based on actual problems, both social and in the workforce. "Twinky" a little star is Born, is the first childrens book which takes place in Butzbach, a town in Hessia, Germany. This story takes a look at family problems.
