This book investigates current economic and regulatory influences on property lending. It considers how the economic situation and stronger public regulation post-crises affects property lending. In particular, the book tries to identify the effect of those on equity financing. It answer the question where real estate financing will go from here and gives implications how ratio of equity and debt portion will development in the near future.

Jakob Braeuninger started his Bachelor studies directly after high school graduation. He completed a BSc in General Management at EBS University for Business and Law. That followed he decided for a Master in International Real Estate at University College London. He is currently working for DSK BIG Group a German land and property developer.
