The emergence of drug resistance to the high level among bacterial pathogens, such as methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus, penicillin-resistant Streptococcus pneumoniae and Pseudomonas aeruginosa as well as threatening problem of MDR strain of Mycobacterium tuberculosos, led the natural product research to be expended significantly. Non-exploration of microbial diversity especially the diverse photosynthetic oxygen evolving proyork conservate i.e., cyanobacteria with its ability to produce unparallel array of secondary metabolites and evidence of presence of gene responsible to produce them also created interest to explore little explored cyanobacteria especially the extreme habitat colonizing i.e., the Unusual habitat ones.
