Food labelling law in the Netherlands largely consists of EU law supplemented with national requirements and practices. EU food law should be uniform in all the Member States. In practice, however, it turns out that the wax it is understood and interpreted differs from Member State to Member State.

This work systematically and practically highlights the requirements for food labelling in the Netherlands. Particular attention is drawn to Dutch singularity in divergence from European law.
