Dr. Sunitha Kshatriya is an Assistant Professor of Human Resources and Director, Institutional Effectiveness at Al Dar University College, Dubai. She is Chairperson of the ´Empowerment Centre for Advancement of Education´ (ECAfE) a not-for-profit based in Toronto, Canada. She specializes in program creation, teaching and curriculum design.
