Modernization is recognized as an important factor for the development of economy of the country as well as in the worldwide market. The purpose of this research is to investigate the impact of innovation, e-business and inter-firm dependence on business performance with the mediating effect of e-business integration. The result shows that electronic business has a direct impact on financial execution and significantly affects business performance. Additionally, e-business enhances the client administration, data stream, and contributes to operational productivity.
