Sinan €aya, Ph.D., is a member of the Sociology Department of Istinye University, in Istanbul. He had his lycée and undergraduate and MBA education in Istanbul. His two Ph.D degrees are from Hacettepe and METU, in Ankara. €aya also reads French and German. He gave courses at Marmara, Istanbul and Bogazi‡i universities.
