This edition consists of 3 chapters that included the basic biomechanics, the physiology of bone, and the effect of exercise as physical therapy method on skeletal mineralization in post-menopausal women with osteoporosis. In this book, the author tries to present the evidence-base behind the physical methods which tend to improve the skeletal mineralization and provide help for physiotherapists, clinicians, and researchers to find suitable treatment methods that will change the life of osteoporotic patients.
