Natural Language Processing (NLP) becomes a major focus area within Artificial Intelligence. In theory, NLP is a very attractive method of human-computer interaction and it also enables machines to understand what people mean and respond with intelligence. The checkers are part of the fundamental tools needed for NLP in any language. There are many grammar checkers in natural language processing such as spell checker, style checker, and preposition checker and so on. Among these checkers, prepositions checker plays an essential role of language processing because prepositions work to connect various parts of a sentence and tell where something is in relation to something else or how things are related in space or in time, others show physical connections or possession between nouns or pronouns. This book is a study on Myanmar Preposition Checking System which uses transformation-based learning algorithm.

Dr. Khainghtet Win is the Assistant Lecture at the University of Computer Studies, Yangon. Received her PhD degree from the University of Computer Studies, Yangon, Myanmar in 2017. Got B.C.Tech (Hons.) degree and M.C.Tech degree from the University of Computer Studies, Yangon, Myanmar in 2003 and 2009.
