This book, assessment of principals´ violation of student´s rights in secondary school administration is set out to identify, assess and address these right violation and create awareness among school administrators in the subsequent chapters. It also set out to identify fundamental human Rights as stated in the 1999 constitution.

Ejeh, Patricia Ojoma Ph. D was born in the year 1962 she hills from Ejinya Ehecho in Ankpa Local Government Area of Kogi State, Nigeria. She is happily married to Dr. Ukubile Celestine Ejeh with Six children. She is a principal lecturer in the Department of Educational Foundations and Management Studies, Kogi State College of Education, Ankpa.
