The principles of quality have long been known and used by professionals across the industry around the globe. The tools and methodologies of quality are inherently incorporated in each particular company process being surely a competitive advantage on market place. On the other hand a plethora of problems still remains unsolved on the way to excellence. This book presents some contemporary problems with nowadays Quality Assurance in a range of automotive suppliers. It focuses on supplier´s quality, process quality, and customer quality approach. Particularly, the risks connected to supply parts, problems influencing manufactured quality, their root causes and countermeasures are described.
