Irčne Lassus-Fuchs is a restauranteur, cook and translator who has lived and worked in Paris for nearly forty years. She opened the higly successful Les Petites Sorcieres restaurant in Rue Liancourt in the Quatorzieme Arrondissment in 1982, and has since established new restaurants in Paris, Strasbourg and Marseille. Julian Spalding is a writer and former museum director for the cities of Sheffield, Manchester and Glasgow.
