It contains the current market values of the respective materials used in each to filter the exhaust, for example Rhodium, Platinum, and Palladium. This book is ordered according to vehicle brand, model and year of production. Trade of used catalytic converters is illegal in most of the United States because their disposal is regulated by the emissions laws of the individual states.
