The main purpose of this book is to share information concerning the legal protection of land rights in Cambodia. The author wishes to broadly share such useful information to the world so that the audience can learn from Cambodia´s practice of land system. It is also useful to know the efforts of the Cambodian Government to deal with land issues.

Hap, Phalthy
Dr. Phalthy Hap has become the Director of the Graduate Program of the Royal University of Law and Economics, Phnom Penh since May 2017. He plays a crucial role in Internal Quality Assurance Committee for RULE. More remarkably, Dr. Hap has involved with many international institutions for research and quality assurance, such as ALIN and AUN.
