This book intend to provide Myofascial pain syndrome. It is a most common source of musculoskeletal dysfunctions characterized by trigger points and neck pain. The pain and discomfort associated with this condition have a dramatic impact on physical mobility and function. This study was done to assess the effectiveness of INIT and stabilization exercises versus Ultrasound and neck stabilization exercises in patients suffering from upper trapezius trigger points in myofascial pain.Both the groups has shown significant improvement nevertheless INIT and neck stabilization exercises has shown a better improvement than the ultrasound neck stabilization exercises when both the groups are compared.
