With the prosperity of the internet technology in China, we have to ask what is the real logic and mechanism for this rapid development. Is it the product of political policy, the product of technical logic and the cultural tradition or a combination of these factors? In order to answer this question, we have to ask what kind of power structure exists in China´s cyberspace and what is the power mechanism that plays a leading role in it. It is this unique power structure that weaves itself into Foucault´s bio-power of politics, technology, society, capital and culture surrounded the body, thus prompting the rapid development of the internet in China. At the same time, it is this power structure and mechanism that has accelerated the speed of internet technology´s transformation into a motivation for Chinese social modernization and social progress. This paper maps out the war between power, capital and physical politics in China´s cyberspace by using the case of Chinese electronic games, and then tries to further analyze the real mechanism/logic inside rapid growth of Chinese internet technology.
