In developing countries, governments, companies and individuals tend to wait for environmental problems to occur before solutions are sort. This book presents major scientific approaches, theories, principles and concepts for the development of an opportunity and problem in context framwork for environmental management in developing countries. Major tools and approaches that can be used in environmental problem analysis and explanaton and also discover and realise opportunties for environmental management are also identified.
