Since the advent of HIV/AIDS, over 30 years ago, individuals, organisations and governments have come up with various interventions to curb the epidemic, but the epidemic still remains. HIV/AIDS mainstreaming has been one key intervention. The term mainstreaming has, however, remained poorly understood by many. This book presents a systematic way of addressing HIV and AIDS in development organisations and simplifies the meaning of HIV/AIDS mainstreaming.
