Information and Communication Technology (ICT) facilities are available for organization and individual business operations support. It becomes increasingly exciting to map the information technology resources availability, accessibility, user knowledge, effective support to organization growth, management commitment in IT use, and importance of ICT Policy and the attitudes of users towards information technology use. This study investigated IT user skill levels, LAN accessibility, ICT facilities availability and usage, end-user attitudes on IT and the contribution of ICT in organization growth at Bugando University College of health sciences (BUCHS). In concluding the researcher stated that, ICT may have important organization operational and educational advantages, but without support and potential end-user training could prove an expensive disaster. Some of the problems that can hinder ICT utilization encountered during the research are lack of well-trained technician to support the maintenance of ICT facilities and inefficient utilization of the available facilities that was the result of large number of end-users with average computer skills.
