Concerns in teaching refer to the tendency of being more preoccupied about a given aspect of teaching than another. This writing is based on a study conducted to look at concerns of teachers with respect to years of teaching experience, sex and level of qualification in the context of elementary schools of Addis Ababa Region, Ethiopia. The study is done as part of the author´s MA study in Educational Psychology at Addis Ababa University. It is believed that the study will provide a good insight of looking at teachers´ concerns and challenges teachers face in schools.
