Culture, thus, is an instrument for achieving national goals; nation building. In our increasing diverse societies, it is indispensable to guarantee harmonious interaction among people and groups with plural, varied and dynamic cultural identities as well as their willingness to live together. Culture provides people with a system of knowledge that generally allows them to know how to communicate with other members of cultures and how to interpret their behaviors as well.
