Customer is considered "The Boss" in todays Corporate world. Every company´s business depends on it´s customer base.The importance of customer base increases with the increase in competition. That´s why only those companies survive which try to trap not only the new customers but also try hard to retain the existing customers.This consultancy project has dealt with the establishment of a modern Customer Information System for Organon Livestock Feed company operating in Pakistan.Previously there was no mechanism to have information regarding it´s customers. This project has emphasized the need of an efficient Customer Information System and guided the concerned management regarding establishing such an efficient CIS, System. The overall operating mechanism was laid down and different allied activities were instructed to be performed.
