The book focuses on effectiveness of investment climate in Georgia after transition period, so called Rose Revolution , analysis results faced after global financial crisis on Georgia´s investment and presents evolution of Georgian economy, existed problems and authors´ perspectives how to attract Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) in the country and help Georgian economy to prosper. The work examines the transformation process of investment climate of the country and the importance of FDI on economic development of Georgia. FDI has the potential to generate employment, raise productivity, transfer skills and technology, enhance exports and contribute to the long-term economic development of the world´s developing countries. Article presents the regression analysis on the relationship between GDP and FDI done in SPSS program. Recommendations and conclusions provided by the author will contribute to the development of the sound and transparent investment climate encouraging foreign and domestic investors to invest in Georgian Economy.
