Francis Mundia Mwangi MSc (Physical & Health Education) is currently a PhD candidate in the field of Exercise and Sports Science, and a Fellow at Kenyatta University, Kenya. His areas of interest are exercise physiology and sports biomechanics. He has taught for twelve years, including at teacher training college and university levels.
