Scheduling courses and distributing this information to the students is an important part of a school organisation. It used to be on paper, which was spread by teachers, but in the digital era of today, this can be done much more efficiently. Nowadays most of the students have their own personal computer, which makes it possible for distributing the timetable information digitally. Doing this entails some advantages: changes can be announced to the students very quickly, timetables can be viewed everywhere and on top of this, it´s good for the environment. In this book the implementation of a Calendar System via Microsoft Exchange into Microsoft SharePoint will be revealed.

Computers and everything related have always been one of my passions, which already started in childhood. Now already graduated in my Bachelor studies in Electronics-ICT, passed the switch year and almost graduating as an Industrial Engineer in Electronics-ICT, I think I´ve come quite far. Though specializing even more is my goal.
